We try our best to provide our customers with quick and satisfactory shipping services. Our primary courier is DHL Express, but the shipping courier may vary depending on the country you are ordering from for the most efficient delivery to your door. It generally takes 2 to 5 business days to reach you, but there can be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance; Oben. Has no control over these charges, nor can Oben. Predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
For the orders made via this website, Harryspet offers global shipping services to the customers in the United States only. For shippings to countries other than the US, an individual arrangement by our customer service center will be needed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Apart from the return arrival date, your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The shipping rate you paid for your initial order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier. For defective products, we will make a full refund including the shipping fee or send you a new product right away.Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Missing components (buttons, magnets, handles, pouches, etc.)
- Worn, altered, or washed products
- Contaminated products
- Impurities like dirt or scratches found on the products
- Products in an unsalable condition
NOTE
We accept returns when customers simply change their mind. However, it is subject to a $19.99 return fee.
* Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color, product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Please understand that this is not a valid reason for a return.
PROMOTIONAL ORDER REFUNDS
- Promotional gifts or discounts must be included in the return process.
- Example1: If you make a purchase under the promotion for “Buy 1 get 1 for free” for $50, you’d receive a refund of $50 (excluding the shipping fee) when only returning both items in their acceptable condition.
- Example2: If you make a purchase of $300 under the promotion for “Spend over $300 and get 10% discount”, you’d receive a refund of $270 (excluding the shipping fee) when only returning the item in its acceptable condition.
- Example3: If you make a purchase under the promotion for “spend $100 and receive a free $20 gift,” you’d receive a refund of $80 when only returning the qualifying items excluding the promotional gift.
