Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the delivery courier below.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are to be dispatched on the following business day. It may take a few days to be shipped out if your order is placed on Friday, Weekends or before National Holidays. Kindly note that Harryspet operates based on Korea Standard Time, UTC+9.

We try our best to provide our customers with quick and satisfactory shipping services. Our primary courier is DHL Express, but the shipping courier may vary depending on the country you are ordering from for the most efficient delivery to your door. It generally takes 2 to 5 business days to reach you, but there can be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance; Oben. Has no control over these charges, nor can Oben. Predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
For the orders made via this website, Harryspet offers global shipping services to the customers in the United States only. For shippings to countries other than the US, an individual arrangement by our customer service center will be needed.
We accept returns when customers simply change their mind. However, it is subject to a $19.99 return fee.

PROMOTIONAL ORDER REFUNDS
If you want to return your order, please follow the steps below. If you want to exchange, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
The refund will be processed after your return passes inspection once arriving at our logistics center. Please allow up to five business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account.
